My Historical Spiritual Journey
After nearly 30 years of Spiritual questing, I returned to Cape Cod in 2003. I pursued a dedicated path of self-healing, spiritual studies and experiences in Cambridge, Ma. and then in central New Jersey and the New York area. I arrived
on cape with a bag full of healing tools, one of which was meditation from a diverse selection of styles, methods
and teachers.

During those years I was working full-time in massage therapy and related modalities until I received training in energy healing and non-dual kabbalistic healing. My previous years of working with "souls" proved to be a good foundation for the next stage in my evolutionary process. I was then working with folks to assist them in deeper healing, having gone through educational and first hand experiential initiation into the energy healing field. As I grew in this field and integrated all the years together, they allowed me to access deeper insights and intuition with which to help others. This includes teaching meditation to students who came in having given up due to the obstacles they faced.
I have done this for 28 years now, and have decided to put into book form the perspectives from which I have taught.
I found a more grounded and deeply centered presence within myself through years of meditation, my
self-work, exposure, and transmissions with Lamas, Swamis, Shamans, and other teachers who shared higher vibrational energies that were lovingly given. I am eternally grateful.
